Made from scratch, every day

Nick has run Cafe Viana as a working bakehouse and cafe since the beginning. Every sourdough loaf, every pie, every pastry in the cabinet came out of this kitchen that morning. The tradition has not changed.

Regulars know to order whatever Nick suggests when they arrive. If something new came out of the oven that morning, he will let you know. That is what keeps people coming back.
